Since 1956, XCEL Mold and Machine has specialized in the design, engineering and manufacturing of plastic molds (thermoplastic and thermoset) and aluminum, zinc, and magnesium die cast dies. XCEL is proud of its strong customer base comprised of progressive companies who believe that value is achieved through a critical balance of quality and price. Our staff consists of 65 full-time employees, mostly Journeyman Tool and Die Makers. XCEL also continually employs apprentices through our State Certified Program. With our experienced staff and numerous CNC machines currently in operation, XCEL Mold constantly strives to build tools more efficiently with closer tolerances at competitive rates and shorter delivery time. Our facility has a total of 24,000 sq. ft. of climate-controlled floor space with 20,600 sq. ft. under cranes up to 10 tons.

Xcel Mold and Machine also contains an inspection department with CMM capability to insure quality in every job. We are located in North Canton, Ohio, adjacent to 1-77 (near exit 111) less than 2 miles from the Akron-Canton Regional Airport.
